On May 2, the Iranian Renewable Energy Organization and Energy Efficiency Organization (SATBA) launched a tender for 4GW of photovoltaic capacity. It is reported that bidders need to have 10MW-level photovoltaic projects, and the winning bidder will obtain a construction permit and enjoy a fixed electricity price subsidy.
As we all know, the photovoltaic plant, the solar cable is a very vital part for the final electrical transmission. JZD Cable has been manufacturing solar cable since 2004 and welcome to contact us for the price and warehouse quantities.
SATBA said that investors have submitted more than 80GW of renewable energy projects for review, and these projects are likely to participate in the procurement exercise.
The bid is part of a plan recently announced by Iran's energy ministry. Under the plan, the government has made the development of renewable power generation a special priority, and Iran will install 10GW of renewable energy over the next four years.
Iran's installed capacity of renewable energy is about 1GW, of which solar energy accounts for about 456MW. According to the International Renewable Energy Agency, Iran's newly installed photovoltaic capacity will be about 26MW in 2021, 50MW in 2020, and about 90MW in 2019.
This Iran photovoltaic project surely will push more solar cable manufacturers to join in this competition and there are lots of factories own the ability to produce the solar cable, and TUV certificated solar cable manufactured by JZD belong to high quality and a affordable price.
