How is the production of silicone wire, do you know?

Silicone wires mainly include enameled wires and winding wires. The enameled wire is made by smearing insulating paint on the bare copper wire. It has a thin thermal insulation layer and occupies a small volume. The properties of enameled wire depend on the properties of the insulating material used.

Among them, sandpaper line and real catch line may be eliminated due to reasons such as temperature resistance and occupancy. The glass fiber is wrapped around the round copper wire and soaked in silicone resin, which can resist the high temperature of 180C, and has good insulation performance and mechanical strength. Paper bag lines are mainly used for oil immersed transformers.

The plastic film covered wire is made of polyimide film coated with some kind of adhesive and melted on the conductor. The insulating layer is strong, elastic, winding, strong wear resistance and heat resistance, and is widely used in space navigation and other equipment.

Silicone wires are generally composed of a conductive core, an insulating layer and a protective layer. The core can be divided into four configurations: hard, soft, mobile and extra-soft according to usage requirements. The rooms are available in single, two, three and four cores.

The insulating layer generally uses rubber, plastic, etc. These insulated wires are widely used in various instruments, communication equipment, power lines and lighting lines with AC voltage below 500V and DC voltage below 1000V.
