Because of the properties of nylon thwn cables, the material of nylon cables, and the advantages of nylon cables, nylon cables are very popular in construction sites.
It's the engineer's love cable, the worker's safety cable, and it's extremely high-performance.
Extrusion temperature should be adjusted according to outlet speed, air temperature and nylon glue output. Note the temperature at the extruder neck, i.e. the joint. In addition, there are filters, filter plate covers and other components in this area, so it is difficult to heat in place.
If the heating does not meet the requirements, and the nylon 6 condenses quickly, when the nylon sheath material solidifies in this area, it is easy to start the machine, the extruder cannot discharge glue, and the screw will break. Therefore, the neck temperature or the temperature near the neck should be 5°C higher at startup to facilitate heat transfer.
After the temperature of each part reaches the specified value, it should be maintained for 5-10 minutes to ensure that the temperature of the neck meets the predetermined requirements to avoid condensation and blockage. In addition, when the screw is just started, pay special attention to observe the screw ammeter to see if the current is obviously too large. If the current is too high, the machine will stop immediately and the heating temperature will increase or continue heating.
Because the nylon sheath material is a polar medium, it is easy to absorb water.
When the moisture content of the nylon sheath material exceeds 0.3%, the nylon sheath material cannot be extruded. When nylon sheathing material gets wet, it can generate bubbles, particles and burst air bubbles. The nylon 6 material itself is packed in vacuum bags. As long as the packaging is not damaged, it can be put into use directly.
If damaged or not used in time, it must be dried before use. Therefore, wet nylon materials should be dried before use. It is recommended to use vacuuming and drum heating for dehumidification, and the drying amount each time does not exceed 3/5 of the volume of the dryer. If the capacity is too large, the material in the dryer will not rotate, resulting in uneven heating, and the time should not be too short. If the time is too short, the water will not drain. Of course, it won't be too long.
If the time is too long, some materials will oxidize and discolor, which cannot meet the requirements of the extrusion surface. The vacuum degree of vacuuming should be above 0.05Mpa, otherwise it is difficult to remove moisture, and steam heating can also be used. The heating temperature should be controlled according to the amount of steam. The optimum temperature is 80±50℃. If the heating temperature is too high, the nylon sheath material will oxidize and turn yellow.
