Product Decription
APPLICATION
Been called as royal cord in Philippines, used as portable cable, emergency wire, or inside building wiring in circuits. The voltage not allowed to surpass 300V for the sizes between 0.75mm2 to 3.5mm2; For 5.5mm2 to 30mm2, the voltage approaches to 600V is permitted. The operating temperature should be controled below 60℃. In the loactions where high flexibles needed, such electrical cable is suitable.
In general, 2, 3, 4 core soft bunched or ropely copper conducors are common applicated. For specific sizes about such royal cord flexible cable, see the parameters below.
INSULATION
Each conductor inside whole royal cord is insulated with thermoplastic Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) without any lead, besides, different colors insulations for easing the circuit identification. Resistant to flame and moisture.
SHEATH
Assembled multiple cores PVC insulated conductors are extruded into thermoplastic Black PVC Sheath without any harmful lead for eventual secure covering, can be resistant to high temperature and moisture.
