In summer, the working temperature will increase, and these temperatures will pass through the outer protection. When the thickness of the sheath increases, the heat energy is difficult to dissipate, which will affect the service life of the cable. Under the action of heat, a series of physical and chemical changes will occur in the insulating layer, and the original excellent performance will be lost, resulting in obvious insulation performance. drop, and even a short circuit may occur, affecting the normal operation of the unit.
(2) Material defects. The material properties are not reflected by the thickness. According to the standard requirements, if a certain index fails to meet the standard, it will directly affect the quality of the silicone wire.
(3) Structural defects. If the conductor and insulating layer are controlled according to the standard requirements, select the appropriate filler to make them round.
(4) Increase the difficulty of cable laying. There are gaps in the laying process to dissipate heat energy to ensure that the outer sheath of the cable is not damaged. Otherwise, it will bring certain difficulties to the construction unit and cable laying.
