SAA certified flat TPS twin and earth cable in Australia and New Zealand

Following Britain, Australia and New Zealand are also keen to buy and use such PVC insulated and sheathed TPS cable.However there are lots of difference between them, for example the colour of the external sheath of flat twin and earth cable used in Australia and New Zealand is usually white, they don't like the grey or other colors. As for the insulation colors, the red, black or yellow PVC insulation are more popular. How about North American standard?

The flat twin and earth cable in North American called as the UF-B cable and used in underground feeder and branch circuit  and the rated voltage 600V. The construction consist of copper conductors, in general the annealed (soft) copper, solid or compressed stranded adopted frequently and PVC insulation and sheath and can resist to the sunlight, moisture and fungus. UL standard 83 is the reference and in general if the american standard UF-B cable sold in Europe, the ROHS and REACH both required in some way.
