UL3239 Hook-Up Wire
UL 3239 Wire by JZD Cable is a specialized high-voltage DC (HVDC) thermoset/silicone-insulated wire engineered for extreme electrical and thermal environments. Ideal for direct current systems requiring 10kV to 60kV voltage stability and continuous operation at 150°C to 200°C.
Critical Specifications:
- Voltage Rating: 10kV to 60kV DC (higher ratings available for specific constructions)
- Temperature Range: -90°C to +200°C (short-term peak)
- Insulation: Thermoset Silicone or Fluoropolymer (heat-cured for dielectric integrity)
