JZD Cable’s XHHW-2/PVC TC-ER Cable is engineered for reliable power distribution in demanding environments. This cable combines the high-temperature, wet-location performance of XHHW-2 cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation with the durability and cost-effectiveness of a PVC outer jacket. Certified to UL 1277 for exposed runs in cable trays and UL 44 for its PVC component, it is a robust solution for both indoor and outdoor industrial applications where moisture and elevated temperatures are concerns.

- Dual UL Certification: Compliant with UL 1277 for Exposed Run (TC-ER) use and UL 44 for the PVC jacket.
- Superior Temperature Rating: XHHW-2 insulation is rated for 90°C in wet locations and up to 125°C in dry locations, offering greater thermal endurance than standard THHN.
- Moisture & Chemical Resistance: The XLPE insulation provides excellent resistance to water, moisture, and many industrial chemicals.
- Durable PVC Jacket: Offers strong protection against abrasion, sunlight (UV resistant), and physical impact.
- Voltage & Construction: Rated for 600V. Available in single or multi-conductor configurations, with optional grounding conductors, from 14 AWG to 750 kcmil.
