Black single-core YJLV Cable
Our YJLV single-core power cable is designed for efficient and economical fixed electrical installations. This cable features a high-quality aluminum conductor, insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and sheathed in durable black polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Rated for 0.6/1kV systems, the black sheath provides a standard, UV-resistant finish suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications where direct sunlight exposure is not a primary concern. The use of aluminum makes the cable lighter and more cost-effective compared to copper equivalents, while the XLPE insulation ensures excellent thermal stability, allowing a maximum conductor temperature of 90°C. It is ideal for use as individual phase conductors in parallel or in various power distribution configurations.
Application
- Overhead Power Lines & Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC): Commonly used in low-voltage overhead distribution lines.
- Industrial Power Distribution: Suitable for internal power distribution in factories, plants, and workshops, especially for long feeder runs where cost and weight are considerations.
- Building Main Risers & Service Entrances: Can be used in multi-core configurations for supplying power to apartment blocks or commercial buildings.
- Renewable Energy Projects: Applicable for internal wiring in solar power stations and connections where aluminum conductors are specified.
