Mashan Village in Qianwu Town, Doumen District, Zhuhai, is a scenic rural village with minimal industrial activity. Historically, most residents relied on farming. Entering the 21st century, government initiatives promoting a “moderately prosperous society” significantly improved local living standards, leading to widespread car ownership. To address the need for organized parking, the local government invested 50 million RMB to construct an additional parking facility, officially named the “Mashan Village Parking Lot No.2 Construction Project.”
The project broke ground on November 15, 2018, and reached substantial completion (excluding final finishes) on January 15, 2021. During the development phase, the project’s procurement team identified Jianzhenda Cable Co., Ltd. Product Introduction – YJV Cables
YJV cables are among the most commonly used power cables, so prevalent that the term “cable” often refers specifically to YJV. As the backbone for power transmission, they are as vital as arteries in the human body or the trunk of a tree. Typically installed in urban underground conduits or directly buried, they are the critical infrastructure whose accidental damage during construction can cause widespread power outages.
Key Features:
Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated power cables are known for high mechanical strength, excellent resistance to environmental stress, superior electrical properties, and chemical corrosion resistance. They are lightweight, simple in structure, and easy to install. Suitable for rated voltages of 0.6/1kV in power transmission and distribution systems.
- Flame-Retardant Type: The primary feature is difficulty in ignition, and if ignited, flames spread is confined. Ideal for locations with high cable density like power plants, subways, tunnels, high-rise buildings, large industrial plants, oil fields, and coal mines.
- Fire-Resistant Type: Capable of maintaining operation for a specified duration under fire conditions. Suitable for nuclear power plants, parking garages, subways, tunnels, high-rises, and other locations where fire safety and rescue operations are critical.
